Explore our planned trips and if you see one you are interested in, fill out an interest form or call us to sign up for that specific trip. This allows you to guarantee a spot in one of our trips as soon as possible.
If our existing trips don’t work for your timeline or you’re not interested in those specific locations, you can register your interest for a different trip that we offer. If we get enough campers interested in these trips, we will contact you to confirm your interest and confirm that trip for this year. For some trips, we need a minimum group size before we can confirm it, so this option does not guarantee that trip will happen.
Know a group of friends that would love to embark on a week long adventure in the wilderness together? We can plan a custom trip that works for your schedules and preferences. These trips usually end up being a similar cost to our standard trips, and can be a great option if you have specific date requirements and have enough campers to join. July 30 – Aug 5 (Sun – Sat; Session 5B ) – Ages 14-17
Just over an hour from our main camp location, the Sierra Buttes offer a wide range of backpacking and outdoor adventure terrain. This trip is intended for campers who are in an older age group or those who already have backpacking experience. We will practice backcountry cooking, learn Leave No Trace outdoor ethics, and engage with evening embers activities.

Aug 6 – Aug 12 (Sun – Sat; Session 6 ) – 13.5-17 years old
Campers will push themselves to new heights and find themselves improving their rock climbing skills in just a few days. We can’t climb all day however! There are plenty of great locations to explore that are just a short hike away from our backcountry campsite. This trip will include a small amount of backpacking from climbing route location to climbing route location.

July 23 – July 29 (Sun – Sat; Session 5A ) – Ages 14-17
This rafting trip is designed to bring campers a wilderness experience on the water. Campers will learn navigation, survival skills, team building, leadership, and river rafting skills.
The trip will be led by the raft guides from an external company, with two Camp Augusta wilderness counselors alongside to provide counseling support and trail magic.

Your choice of trip – backpacking, climbing, horse packing, rafting…Whether it be climbing in the High Sierra Nevadas or rafting down the Klamath River, your group has the opportunity to customize a trip to your availability, abilities, and preferences for adventure and we are excited to make it happen!
